Cape Royal is a deed restricted community and the Cape’s only gated golfing community. We have 483 home sites surrounding 27 holes of golf with more than 20 sparkling lakes. The community has a unique blend of single family homes on oversized lots. Situated in west central Cape Coral, minutes away from the quaint island towns of Matlacha, St. James City and Bokeelia, Cape Royal is known for its friendly, active and involved residents.

The fact that we are part of Lee County and not included as a part of incorporated Cape Coral gives us some special features. We enjoy Pine Island’s water, we are not faced with sewer assessments, the Sheriff answers our 911 calls and we follow the water restrictions for Lee County.
