While preparing your property for sale one spot that is often overlooked are pantries and cabinets. Remove all items that you don't use on a regular basis and store them out of site. Also have the pantry organized and again remove all old outdated packaging so that it looks nice, clean and tidy. When cabinets and closets or pantries are well organized and not overstuffed they look spacious and more appealing.
